Tech support for customers
Yes I have learned how to work computers a lot more in depth then previous
I enjoy the work aspect but feel like the college side is slightly mishandled
Work wise good, college wise bad
Lots of support and they are willing to adapt my schedule to assist me
My tutor try’s his best but a lot of the materials are lacking and when the teachers try to do the syllabus they don’t really know what will be on it either
At this point I feel like it is more of a hinderance to me doing my role at work
There are not really to my knowledge but I’ve not really looked for them

My company are great as an employer and really help, it’s just a shame the college course is lacking
