  • I manage and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns for our loyalty programme, working with many stakeholders and creative agencies to deliver campaigns across print, social, CRM campaigns.

  • Built confidence in presenting.

  • The mentor sessions are really valuable and the workshops are enjoyable.

  • The admin side of the programme is not very well organised. Tasks are confusing or mis-assigned which can lead to inefficient use of time.

  • Amazing for them to fund the programme, in reality it is hard to get support to spend so much of your working day on the apprenticeship vs. your daily workload.

  • Mentor support has been invaluable and really clear.
