  • I am a data analyst within rationalisation and optimisation. I regularly run SQL codes and make reports to help Vodafone save on costs.

  • Yes, I have learned SQL and Power Bi as well as developed my Excel skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The apprenticeship programme is really good. Also all the collegues I have met at both work and college are extremely nice which makes it much more enjoyable.

  • The programme is structured well with 1 day a week to do college work and the rest of the week working for a very good company.

  • Endless amounts of support available with many contacts if I have any concerns who I can approach.

  • I am still towards the start of my journey but so far it has been good and I have meetings about my progress every 12 weeks.

  • I have learnt some things so far such as excel skills that have aided my role.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • It is hard as it is in lockdown but they have still put on many quizes to attend and there is still a lot you can get involved with.

  • Yes

  • They treat their employees very well and it is a happy place to work. Everyone is welcoming.

  • To ask as many questions as you feel necessary and to remain patient for more work.
