  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my program very much as I learn and improve my skillset and it helps me progress in my career which I wouldn't be able to gain if I went to University as I gain real life experience and knowledge in my job.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My training provider wasn't that good as it involved plenty of confusion and skills coach leaving which made it difficult for me to understand what I am suppose to do. This impacted me immensely as the new skill coaches don’t know about what I did in the past and they left right before my interview and hand ins.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Due to the pandemic the support I got from my Training Provider QA was very limited and minimal. The instructions was confusing and I encountered issues on my synoptic project as I wasn't informed of the tools I needed to install beforehand and was just sent on the day so I had to waste time downloading it on the day etc.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It has helped me understand the basic knowledge of my role such as what Data Analyst are meant to be doing in their role and how to do it. However considering it was catered for general knowledge as everyone had different task in different industry it is limited to only the basic knowledge.
