  • i enjoy getting out and about, meeting different people in the team and how they contribute to keeping customers connected

  • its organized and flexible meaning i can do work when required and when im required to go out and assist i can do

  • weekly check ups with FS and monthly chat ups with my line manager

  • appointments every 6 weeks to check progress and how we finding college

  • yes it helps with day to day work

  • yes loads but are restricted at the minute due to covid-19
