  • My role involves being in Network operations in Vodafone. In my role i learn about different elements of the network and fix real network faults.

  • Yes i have adopted a lot of new skills whilst being in my role.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoyed the program as it allowed me to start my career at such a young age.

  • It was organized well throughout, however the training provider was poor in organization. QA wasn't efficient at letting our cohort know what the next steps in our apprenticeship were.

  • My Employer provides me with all the support i need.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Little. During the apprenticeship, i had 4 different skills coaches, so at points it was very hard to receive support.

  • It wasn't too related to my role, but defiantly will help when it comes to understanding the network.
