  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Using data from the company I provide insight into performance of the building of phone masts. This involves me producing dashboards and reports to create visuals that can be understood by all levels. Most days are spent producing these reports, using various tools such as excel and power bi. I also have 1 day a week on college work where i have either college sessions or independent learning.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I love the programme! Even though i started in a national lockdown i have felt incredible support, ive managed to create friendships with other apprentices just like i would in the office enviornment. It goes above and beyond any expectations i had for the job.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The mentors and buddies i have received from vodafone have been amazing at helping me through the programme so far. I loved the induction at the beginning as it introduced us to everything we needed to know, and gave us some time to get settled in. I feel like the college side of things however is less organised as the support i receive from blackpool isnt always great, resulting in sometimes having to teach myself.
