  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • i enjoy it mostly and like working on the trucks. team of people I'm with are helpful by giving me hints or when every i ask for help they come and aid me. company culture quite laid back if the work is getting done and in reasonable time but if it isn't they keep coming over making sure your working or asking what problem is or why the works not done yet

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • the programme is organised well as I know who I need to go to if I need help in anyway. there always seems to something/someone that can help you if you needed it. the task delegation is not the best but I think that to my inexperience. I don't expect big or complicated jobs but there's times where i think i could have done that or had good go but instead give it to someone else.
