Care Planner Review

I manage a team of field supervisors. Our teams responsibilities are assessments / risk assessments, medication management, compliance. My other duties involve dealing with staff management, concerns or complaints investigation and care planning.

I have developed my leadership and management skills further allowing me to take on additional responsibilities at work.

Programme was challenging to complete, especially since I had not completed any academic work in the past few years however, tutor was always available to support
