My Role is to Commission Security Systems and also Network systems, This includes Intruder Alarms, Data Cables, Phone PABX Systems, Smoke and Fire Systems, Wifi.
Ive learnt alot, I only knew CCTV before coming here and now I can successfully Commission a full apartment in one of the big retirement villages we work in.
My Program is great, The staff are helpful and always there even when your not at college. The journal entries can be tendious but its part of what I signed up for so I have to work with it.
THere is a structure and things and points we follow however we can go and differ every other week which can throw us off.
My employer is great within some respects. My HR team do help alot however I feel my boss forgets I need to complete this journal every week which inturn means I get behind on it and end up having to spend several hours catching up on a few weeks.
Training provider are great at providing the support needed. My tutor is available at most times during the day over the phone
