  • I am the sales manager at LED Limited, which means I'm responsable to the day to day sales and managing other sales staff.

  • Yes. I have learnt new people skills, managing finance and learnt new products and R&D procedures.

  • Its been hard work but hopefully will be worth it in the end.

  • Very well organised. Sarah for Catch-22 is a great mentor.

  • As much as I requested.

  • More than most I would imagine. She has been great and I wouldn't have been able to do it without her.

  • It has helped me learn new skills to help me with day to day tasks from dealing with employees to learing new sales skills.

  • I go to regular professional networking events.
