  • I have completed the APM accredited Project Management Qualification and regularly attend training within the workplace to ensure my continuous professional development.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • As we are the pilot year for our specific programme it has been rocky in places and lacked clarity but this has improved through student feedback sessions.

  • Our assigned Apprentice Development Lead is on hand within working hours to help resolve any issues and offers support and guidance regularly.

  • All theory learning has been evident and relatable through the variety of placements we carry out during the four years.

  • Yes the AGA offers a variety of events and there is also an array of Employee Engagement groups to get involved in.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because it is a highly regarded business that values it's employees and trainees. I am thankful for the support they offer to support my learning and like how they help you prepare for life after the apprenticeship.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Rolls-Royce?
  • Be yourself as you cannot hide behind an act. People value you more if you are your true self. Take every opportunity you get offered you never know what you may learn. Don't be afraid to speak to more senior employees they aren't as scary as you may think.
