  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes - There have been many things during my apprenticeship that have helped me understand learning and development better and how to make the most of the delegate experience.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Somewhat - some of the workshops i have been on haven't provided much in way of understanding or new knowledge meaning that it is a lot of time invested in one day to not get much out of it - I have found it challenging to keep up with the work load required alongside day to day activity

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    9/10

  • 9a. Would you recommend Dixons Carphone to a friend?

  • 9b. Why?
  • Plenty of opportunity to move into different departments to grow your career.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Dixons Carphone?
