Answering calls, dealing with customers, preparing customers orders, dealing with query’s, sourcing parts, stock checking, picking and placing orders, preparing paperwork, filing paperwork,
I have improved my maths skills, my confidence skills, communication skills, new skills I have learnt are customer service, become more organised,
I find it hard to work full time and have the time to study aswell, I work in a fast paced environment, which means I don’t have the time during my work day to get any work done so have to carry this out at home.
Not too bad but not brilliantly structured, the programs provided can sometimes be fairly unclear at times, but overall not too bad
A fair bit of support is provided from my employer
I recieve a lot of support from my training Provider, when I am confused about something they are very helpful
It helps me to perform better in my role because it gives me a better understanding of what’s required in my role and in my day to day role at work
