  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of data on the system, as well as ordering non paint items.

  • Since starting the course I have developed communication skills and project management

  • I really enjoy it. I find it interesting and getting to know other people from different companies helps a lot at work.

  • The majority of the modules are organised well. The structure of one day a week is regular and very goodm

  • I receive as much support as I require. I don't receive time during the working day (other than the day on campus) to do course related work.

  • I receive a lot of support. Course leaders are responsive to emails and queries as are the tutors for each subject.

  • I feel that the qualification will open many doors for me both inside my current company and in the future.

  • Not that I know of. Although this doesn't affect me

  • Yes

  • Local company, the pay is good and they are well established within the market. They have always been supportive of me


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Crown Paints?
  • Commitment to the company and its goals is very important. I would advise to look into the strategy and parent company goals
