  • I work in project management with a finance based business, day to day task is assisting project manager in the progress of multiple projects which involves multiple stakeholders

  • Yes I have learnt management tools that can be used in my day to day role How I use my skills to help my team and other colleagues

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I let was a long and time consuming program however I was able to enjoy learning areas of management I did not have experience in previously and able to rake that in to my role

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • At the start of the program our tutor unfortunately was not organized and we ended up being very far behind schedule However once we was appointed our new tutor she was amazing really organized very trustworthy in how the program was delivered

  • My employer was a good support, gave me time to complete tasks

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Our second tutor was very supportive always on hand if we needed help or guidance, good at time management keep me on track when I had stored off course

  • I have learnt more skills in this course which has helped me in my role

  • Unfortunately at the moment no with lockdown

  • Yes

  • I believe the content of the apprenticeship was very good and the tutor I had really amazing


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to JTI?
  • Ensure you have the correct tutor in place at the time of starting as this hindered a lot of time
