  • Well organised, I knew what was expected and what the content of the programme was

  • As much as I found neccessary including help with any difficult concept or extra time if needed to complete degree work if my job was quiet

  • Help from tutors as well as support coaches ensured I always had someone to go to

  • Very much so, I have become much better at problem solving and analysis of issues and data which is very important in a role where analysis is vital to the success of the team

  • Many events in the team or as a wider group at the office, including sports, nights out and voluntary initiatives such as their "Make a Difference" days

  • Fantastic place to work with friendly colleagues and managers who appreciate the work you do and treat you well if you work hard


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
  • If you put the effort in you will be rewarded. During recruitment process be honest about where you want to work (as they will try to place you there), and make sure to make yourself heard during group work while also ensuring to take people's thoughts and ideas into account.
