  • I am a manufacturing engineering degree apprentice . And on a day to day basis involves carrying out NVQ and university work as well as gathering experience within the company via placements.

  • I have developed my confidence and technical skills during my time with the company as well as learning existing skills more related to my job role as well as academically I have learnt various skills and knowledge

  • I thoroughly enjoy my time on the programme as I learn so many new skills on a daily basis and I enjoy attending work and I take pride in what I do .

  • It is an amazing company to work for and they provide you with so much support and really do want you to thrive in your job role and make the most of this amazing opportunity. So anybody looking into the company to do an apprenticeship I would highly recommend Rolls-Royce as they really are the company to work for
