My role is to learn how to do different things with hair on a daily basis I help out around the salon with jobs that need doing and learn how to do other things such as shampoo and conditioning, cutting and much more.
I have definitely gained customer service skills as I have to talk to customers all day either face to face or on the phone and I have developed practical skills on the job.
I really enjoy my programme.
It is very well organised my boss is always ready to teach me new things.
I receive loads of support if I never need to know anything they are always there to help me whether it’s with my practical or my theory.
Loads of support as stated previously my employer but my training provider is always there if I need her. She is always willing to help me get through all my work.
Very well as I am learning new things that I may not necessarily learn in the work place especially with my theory.

Because I feel that you gain loads of new skills of all different kinds and my employer is really nice and is always there to help and teach me new things every single day.
Just to do go for it and it will be worth it.
