  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I came to lilliput Montessori with no experience in childcare. I have developed all my knowledge and skills with the support of Paragonskills. I have great support and if unsure if anything have the confidence in all to ask questions. I have built on my confidence over time, and built bonds with the children to allow me to help them develope using EYFS. EYFS has gave me the insight into different levels of development and the rates in which this can happen.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the different aspects of learning, and to which each individual learns. I am given explanation to my findings and how it can develop or be used. I enjoy the practical side of learning and sometimes struggle with written, but I have been given support to allow me to progress not just the learning but within my role. I have enjoyed learning that learning about one thing has many angles to it, being aware of all aspects of a situation.

  • It helps a lot, as It gives you the confidence to approach situations, but also be able to look at it from all angles. It’s gives better understanding of the way in which things are done and why. It allows the children to be in a happy and safe environment, allowing parents to be confident in leaving their loved ones with us. Helping a child develop and watching them grow is an amazing experience.
