  • I do Account Management and I contact clients ensuring they are working okay and provide them with products which can benefit their practice.

  • Yes- I have learnt a lot about sales and managing clients. This was on the job and via sales training.

  • I do enjoy the programme and look forward to my career with sage

  • Very, i have weekly meetings and have a chat with my provider most days.

  • I receive a lot, especially from my tutor. He has mentored me and really helped me enhance my career with sage

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive a lot and he helps me consistently and he enables me to improve my work via marking etc.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • To be honest it doesn't for me as my role is more account management. there are aspects such as the sales process and understanding sales mentality but majority isnt too important and would benefit my role

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, we have sage foundation days, we used to go for drinks after work pre lockdown, we regularly as a team catch up on teams and we are looking to do more together after covid.

  • Yes

  • It is a happy place to work where managers try to help you further your career and truly want the best for you. I appreciate all that sage has done for me so far.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Sage?
  • work hard. i initially applied for Sage in January 2018 and got declined due to experience. i persevered and came back in July 2018 and got the role. you need to work hard and not get disheartened if things dont go your way, instead prove them wrong.
