  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme itself has been very well structured with 80% on job training and 20% off job in order to support us by providing a balance in time so that we can complete our studies. We are also encouraged to attend workshops to help familiarise ourselves with the study material and give us the opportunity to ask any questions. The on the job training is also well structured to give us an understanding of different areas of risk over the duration.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • There is a lot of support provided from different parties on a continuous basis to catch up on how we are getting along and whether we require any assistance. We tend to have weekly one-on-ones with our line manager to discuss assigned tasks and weekly catch up calls with our cohort group to see how the other apprentices are getting along. There are also talent coaches provided to discuss our projects, assignments and anything else we may need help with.
