  • Support successful project delivery by working as a Business Analyst who conducts requirements engineering, facilitate workshops/interviews, process mapping and reporting of benefits realised.

  • Improved my technical and analytical skills considerably as well as stakeholder management.

  • The programme is well run and organised with good support from within my organisation as well as the training provider.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well structured, this was all discussed very early in the programme and I have a clear understanding of what I need to achieve to be successful in the programme. With regular catch ups it makes it easier to stay on the right track.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Lots of good support in giving me the time I need to complete my learning as well as trusting me to work on some interesting projects. I have weekly catch ups with my manager to discuss learning allowing me to provide updates, ask for support and raise any concerns.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Good amount of support, with constant access to an experienced mentor, useful online learning materials, preparation for different modules, 6 weekly check ins and portfolio feedback.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It allows me to learn the theory behind some of the things I need to put into practice on the job. From doing this it allows me to learn a lot more about the best practice and how I can perform more effectively.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • My team is particularly social, despite having to work from home at the moment we try to keep in regular contact on a social level as well as a professional level which has been fun.
