  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I love it. Everyday is a challenge in a brilliant way. I am able to push my self to new limits that I've never been before. I am constantly learning new and exciting things, that I am genuinely passionate about. My apprenticeship cohort is incredibly friendly and welcoming but also it's a safe space to ask for help and bounce ideas off each other. I have a brilliant team who are extremely supportive of my apprenticeship but also help me thrive by allowing me to get involved with as much as possible therefore pushing me but equally supporting me.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Massively, if it wasn't for these skills I was learning I wouldn't be able to perform my job to the standard that I am. It is also allowing me to thrive and progress and get involved in more things due to a vaster knowledge and skill set.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes there's everything you can imagine to help you collaborate with all different colleagues in Sage. My favourite is Sage foundation days, this allows you to volunteer to your chosen charity for a day, half a day, a couple hours, however long you can help. For instance when we went into lockdown we got to be a part of a whole Sage UKI 'Big Day In' and Sage gave us lots of different opportunities to help even when confined to our own homes during covid-19. It was really great to be able to help, even when you felt it was impossible.
