  • Developed coding skills starting from virtually nothing. Better equipped for statistical analysis too

  • It's been fun, quite a steep learning curve.

  • I'm the first on this programme so things could have been a lot worse. I always have work to do, and it ties in well with the things I'm learning at uni.

  • Loads of support, help is always there if you need it

  • Monthly meetings to discuss my targets for the apprenticeship and how both my work and uni training/learning can achieve these targets.

  • Difficult to say, I feel it has equipped me but I haven't fully utilised all the skills I've learned at uni yet.

  • Loads, there's always networking events, apprenticeship events and socials. Football on Monday nights. Apprenticeship charity commity

  • Yes

  • Great place to work, very innovative and inspiring. Great support from everyone that I work with.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to AstraZeneca?
  • Research the company! AZ deals with some really cool science so it's always good to know what's going on.
