I work in the Monitoring, Surveillance and Controls team in Compliance. My normal day consists on me performing controls based on different types of taxonomies. The taxonomies that my team cover are Suitability, Conflicts of Interest, Cross Border, Anti Bribery and Corruption and Market Conduct. My day also varies as I have meetings with various different stakeholders
Verbal and written communication, teamworking, presentational, Excel, time management skills etc
I really enjoy the programme. Would strongly recommend to all interested parties.
Clear deadlines throughout the year with enough time to speak to tutors on anything that isn't understood. Very well structured.
Weekly check ins on apprenticeship programme and supports any additional time needed to complete the apprenticeship work.
Multiple different courses and constant access to tutors. Lots of support received.
