  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role is to make updates and changes to help the departement I work more efficient. I have monlthly tasks to do, however I also gain lots of other tasks which my team pass onto me. I also complete my qualification work and sit external exams.

  • I have learned lots within project management through the courses I have been put on. I have developed transferable skills such as Microsoft snd people skills.

  • I really enjoy the programme as I am constantly learning new information and skills for my own personal and professional development

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is quite structured through the way the coursework is povided and completed. I also have set times of seeing people for my apprenticeship or even my manager and coach. All my work is planned out well in quaterly sections

  • I recieve the amount I require, I know my employer is always there if needed

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I recieve support from my training provider when I request it. We also gain support in understanding our work before attempting so we are all on the right lines

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel like the training provider cements skills and understanding of basic tasks which sometimes help me within my role. But updated work could be more useful for change of times

  • There have been in other deparments, however my deparment have not been able to be involved in this
