    • My Role is working in the People Data Centre within Unilever. It is a wide ranging and exciting job, working across many different brands.

    • Yes, I have learnt a massive amount of new skills, including, data analysis, working across many different tools and putting my self in the consumers shoes.

    • I love my programme. I have a great and flexible team that give me a huge range in work and also help me along the way.

    • My programme is very well organised and fits in well. My days are well structured so I have an educatation day.

    • I recieve a huge amount of support that enables me to keep going and find the workload not to much. THey set me a sensible amount of work and also give many perks.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • My training provider is good but not always brilliant. They can be hard to reach and not always he most easy to communicate with.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • The great thing with the course is that it is hugely intergrated into the role meaning it gives me a huge amount of flexibility. I really enjoy it overall.

    • Yes there is a gym, other clubs including Yoga, personal training, and wellness support.
