  • Assistance with the administration and organisation of the entrepreneurship centre. I work alongside others to run programmes, events, sessions to further extra curricular activities at said business school, university of oxford. Day to day, I help run the email and correspondence of the centre whilst running logistics of events. My role fits in well with the varied positions of the team.

  • My organisation, time keeping, innovation, office capability and communication has been vastly improved by this job. I get insight into people 10-20 years ahead in the career ladder and get valuable advice as to what i can do to make myself employable and effective as an employee. It has benefited me.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • the programme is internally well structured and I am continuously offered support by all of my department, there is always work i can get stuck into. however, to date the correspondence and organisation from the college has been disappointing as they cannot answer the simplest of questions without taking two weeks to do so.

  • the programme is internally well structured and I am continuously offered support by all of my department, there is always work i can get stuck into. everybody in the team keeps an eye out for me and understands my role as a trainee and offers advice and work fitting to my experience.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • to date it is widely beneficial as i came into y role with little to no professional administration experience. whilst working within the centre and gaining this hands on experience and knowledge from my peers i am becoming more and more effective within my role within the department. it does make me perform better.

  • There are plenty of networking events and lectures/ talks which i can attend but to my knowledge there aren't many social activities or sports which i can partake in.

  • Yes

  • The university is a reliable employer which looks after and invests in their employees. as an apprentice there is no better place as the pay is generous for us as well as sociable hours and access to additional learning and networks. the opportunities are endless for professional development and creating connections.

  • The university is a reliable employer which looks after and invests in their employees. as an apprentice there is no better place as the pay is generous for us as well as sociable hours and access to additional learning and networks. the opportunities are endless for professional development and creating connections. Remain patient with applying but develop a strong application and positive and passionate interview style.
