  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • i receive an adequate amount of support from my employer when i need it but they don't give too much help as the tasks i do are meant to be challenging. when i do receive support it is very accurate and helps me with exactly what i'm doing.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • i think that the qualifications that i get through my training provider help me out when im having to do tasks around the center as it gives me better knowledge on how to do things properly when i go out on site. It also helps me perform better in my role due to me not having to ask what to do as i already know how to.
