My role here involves working with properties and also keeping on top of our touting plans; getting extra business. This involves going out leaflet dropping and dropping business cards. I also go out and do viewings when needed.
I have learnt some new skills; but would like to learn more. I think there is a lot more what I can learn here.
I enjoy my programme and feel as though Babington's do teach me a lot of knowledge. I enjoy learning with Babington's, some of the work I do already have knowledge of from gaining my Level 1, however it is good to gain more knowledge around this and have a refresh.
I feel my programme is well structured, I have regular visits with my tutor and feel I can talk to her whenever help is needed. When I have visits with my tutor I never feel rushed and can go at a comfortable speed.
I receive some support from my employer and if I needed to talk she would be there to help; however there is no regular checking in and any updates.
I receive a lot of support from my training provider. I feel comfortable that if I needed to talk to her or gain support from her she is always there to help. I have regular conversations with her and am made to feel at ease.
I feel my role in work and my qualification only have certain things in common. I do gain a lot of knowledge from my qualification however my job role Is slightly different to a normal administration job. I do still gain a lot of knowledge from this.
No, there is no extra curricular to get involved. However we do have get togethers and occasional competitions which everyone is involved in; the winner usually gets a short break away or little prizes.
Yes
There are a lot of pros and cons but you do learn a lot.
