  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I believe the organisation/ structure is at a good standard as everything has been planned well from start to current. All our training for the next year has been planned and given to us. When we had our first placement that was also given to us beforehand and was structured well.

  • 9a. Would you recommend British Airways to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I have achieved so much already in such a small duration and I cannot wait to progress through my apprenticeship, the staff are very helpful and the training scheme is the best programme for someone who wants to be become an engineer as it provides all the basics and qualifications.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to British Airways?
  • To have knowledge in the company and the apprenticeship scheme. Knowledge of engineering is not needed but to an extent is good enough to applicants applying for British airways. I would also say, knowledge of what the apprenticeship consists of is one of the most important tip as you should know what you are getting into.
