  • Analysing all cryptographic requirements for the bank and ensuring that they are compliant to bank standards

  • Yes, technical skills that I didn’t know I had, as well as interpersonal skills

  • It is useful for my day to day role however an be difficult juggling with workload

  • Very - always clear outcomes and goals each week

  • Plenty, my employer and colleagues are very supportive

  • Ample, although would be good to have sessions as drop ins on days that aren’t our scheduled uni days as we only have one day a week

  • Very, it has allowed me to learn and develop skills that I can apply direct to my job

  • I train regularly at the gym with colleagues and a group of us go running, I occasionally play touch rugby.

  • Yes

  • A sense of community where everyone looks out for each other; with some great career prospects

  • Just do it! Do some research into the available sectors of the bank
