  • I am currently in first year. This involves being at college full time.

  • Hand skills for producing metalwork. Electronic knowledge. Developing maths skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme, however being in college full time can be very tedious. I would like to be on site more often. Perhaps in 1 month on, 1 month off blocks.

  • My company is very organised and will sort any problem out. With this being, the college is very unorganised.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive lots of support from my employer. With 3 monthly reviews, I can sort out any problems with my line manager.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My tutors provide lots of help and go out of their way to make sure everybody is upto date with help sheets etc.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that the full training could be sufficient without college, however college shaped an apprentice well for the future.

  • My team went to Adrenaline North Yorkshire assault. This was a good day out and focused on team building exercises.
