completing administration tasks specific to the assessment team, such as editing exam papers, laminating materials needed for the exams,
I have learnt lots of new skills as it was a completely new role for me. I've learnt how to use the computer and different programmes, how to edit and how to complete administration tasks.
I really liked the programme, its was straight forward and my tutor was very good at explaining the stages.
it was organised well, maybe a bit more input.

support was very good and any queries were answered fast.
I think that this course was essential to my role.
