  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My day starts getting a coffee and getting into the office early on in order to prepare for the day. I start with looking at clients that have been in over the past couple days and going over the details they left when visiting. I start by comparing what we have available to what they are looking for.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is structured quite well. I do my portfolio along side working and I am free to talk to customers on my own which is good. I get my qualification work done in most of my own time but I have plenty time to do so therefore is well

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer treat me as if I am fully competent and have a lot of trust in me they give me a lot of support but mainly as friends. We have a good team and everything is smooth when at work so I rarely need support unless I am looking for something like a set of keys

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We always get involved in activities outside of work when we can this usually involves going out for food together and enjoying a nice beverage on a sunny day. We are usually rushed off our feet at work so it’s always good to take a step back and talk outside of work and have a laugh
