  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The programme is a fantastic experience, which i have enjoyed, the level of work and commitment is difficult as you are still working a full time role while completing the degree. The working with peers from other areas of the business gives rise to a greater insight to the business.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The structure is good but the feedback isnt consistant and should be done on an individual bases, when moving from level4 to level 5 you should be at a level where all your work follows the same structure, but as people learn at different speeds this doesnt follow. The ones who struggle should have additional assistance or copies of other students work to give them a guide

  • The employer is fantastic, all study time is arranged in advanced and I had support with the assignments when questionnaires and interviews were required.
