  • 9a. Would you recommend Barclays to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I have worked for Barclays for almost 13 years and i genuinely feel and have felt throughout my time here that i am valued and listened to. With the right attitude there is the potential for promotions. Pension is superb in comparison to so many other top firms. Private healthcare too has been amazing

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
  • Listen to what other employees have to say as they can offer you so much support and guidance. Try and get yourself a mentor early on, one that is well connected and respected. Be people orientated, this is the most important skill for any colleague, our ability to communicate with everyone
