  • My current role involves looking after a team of colleagues to make sure they are supported with doing their job role and hitting their KPI's. Team briefs, 121's, QM, HR meetings, escalations are just some of the tasks of a First Line Manager.

  • Time Management has been a skill that I've needed to develop due to the amount of different tasks that need to be done in a short space of time.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my current role very much as it was what I wanted to do when I first started working for the company. I get great satisfaction being able to support my colleagues with work and non work related issues.

  • The programme was structured from start to finish with us all knowing when our assignments were due and when we started the actual job role

  • Any issues that I have I know that I can always go up to my fellow FLM's or my own manager for support

  • If I ever had a question regarding my coursework I was always able to email my trainer for any help and advice

  • The knowledge I gained from the different modules directly correlated to my job role and supporting customers with my Technical queries.
