  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed the fact it endorsed my existing skills and it gave me confidence in the role I have done for a long time. I now feel I can give my team autonomy to grow in a caring environment, I now know how to provide a range of experiences for them to use if they wish.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The course was well structured when online however I learn better by hard copy, picking up and putting down. Revising without a hardcopy was difficult as I had no idea where to start. I would have like the material easier to download in modules rather than each ‘chapter’ one at a time.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I received autonomy to ask for support when needed. I am a remotely managed manager and I independently work in a daily basis. When I needed support there was a lot of people around the business who assisted. They were available for advice, guidance and endorsement of my current skills.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider trainer was brilliant. She understood my needs as a mature learner, she adjusted her words to assist to my way of working. She was adaptable, contactable and extremely supportive. She booted my confidence and at times listed to ‘rant’ about my role as a manager and the constrictions of the working environment
