  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The apprenticeship started with two months delay however as we were briefed later on this was part of the whole program plan. We had amazing induction in Newark College and whole plan presented. We met our assessor and been provided with all login details to platforms used during apprenticeship. I've met my assessor and then choose my point to achieve to get Apprenticeship completed. We were meeting each other quite regularly until he decided to leave the college. It took some time for College to find a new assessor for me, they found someone who took over more than 3 groups and struggle to meet me so often. This delayed my apprenticeship, after 4 months the old assessor bit in general I have good experience and feeling after my apprenticeship

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I have received much support from my employer. I always had time to do my write ups, finding out all information and provide me someone who can answer all my questions. I really appreciated my First Line Manager and Operations Manager support during whole 18 months as they always allowed me to go for any trainings.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think that my qualification helped to kick off my career on the level I always wanted to be. I run thorugh two steps of the careers after I became a part of apprenticeship level 2 programm. It helped me to do the job before I was promoted which helped me to be ready for the job and interview.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I don't think so I had an extra-curricular activities as described on the question above. My assessors tried to put us together on off the job trainings and do exercises to build a team work and helped us to prepare ourselves for english exams as there was a need to be a part of group discussion
