  • I don't enjoy the apprenticeship

  • On Barclays side its organised in a good way and easy to follow, with knowledgepool this is where all the apprentices issue are and we need more help but don't receive the desired level of help

  • Barclays is amazing at giving you the time required to study and go to meetings and they always offer there support with anything at all.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • We don't receive the required level of help from our talent coach that is required and we don't see her enough to gauge a full understanding of what we are doing.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that it does not really have an effect on my performance in the roll as we always receive training, but it does not give you any knowledge that you don't already know. Barclays 10/10 Knowledge Pool 2/10

  • This is a great place to work filled with great people and a nice working environment, I enjoy working for Barclays and would advise working for them to anyone.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
  • I would tell them to be positive and talky in their interview, and try and join as full time staff
