  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme, to the extent that I would like to progress onto the next level eventually. I would like to move up and do the higher apprenticeship programme in order for me to develop my knowledge and skills further in order to enhance my knowledge. I would like to also have the opportunity to go to university and improve my knowledge around that aspect of life.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • In my honest opinion, I don't feel like my programme is structured as well as it could be. I feel that the structure is relatively poor and not very well laid out. There is occasions when I struggle to get in touch with the talent coach for my programme which is considerably irritating given the fact they are my only support in relation to the programme.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support from my employer. I have been thoroughly supported in my move from moment banking to complaints. I have also been supported with my numerous health issues and the impact they have had on my working life. It can sometimes be difficult to discuss things with my employer but it is normally relatively straightforward and they offer as much support as possible.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • In my honest opinion. I do not receive much support from my training provider. I don't feel like they are around as much as what they should be. Also whilst preparing for my exam, I did not feel as though I had the support from my training provider as they forgot about me when I moved teams.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel as though my qualification doesn't really support my job role. This is because my qualification is around banking in general and my job role is specific to complaints. I feel a complaints based qualification would be more beneficial for my job role than the current qualification I am doing.
