I would recommend this company to a friend as I believe the company goes out of its way to show that everyone is equal. They also push you and challenge you to perform to the best of your ability and have faith that everyone in the business can do well. It also gives you room to grow into more advanced positions.
advice I would give this company would be to high more apprentices as it shows that they believe young people are able to be responsible and handle the same amount of pressure as someone who is older. It also gives young people a chance to gain work experiences, while still getting an qualification
