  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Whilst completing my apprenticeship I have learnt how to be more self aware of myself and also realised that not everyone learns the same way has I do. I have grown confidence in being to have a honest conversation with the team and will always ensure that they have the right resources available to them. I have also learnt on how to produce a SMART plan which I am hoping I can share with the team going forward.
