My role is day to day is to carry out the key controls that prevent risk to a part of the investment bank.
In my role, I have developed better Excel skills and the ability to work and communicate with Senior members of staff.
I enjoy that the programme has a good working structure e.g. when you have study days, exam workshops and exam dates are communicated in advance which allows you to plan your week/day.
Programme is well organised and there is flexibility after your first exam to choose a preferred date.
My team and line manager offer me a lot of support within my job role and my apprenticeship content. Junior Talent are very helpful with frequent check ups and events.
Fitch provide both Kick off days for the content of the exams and a two-day revision course before your exam. Both allow you to ask all queries about the content and exam.
There are plenty of networks to choose from including an Apprentice Network. This is good to be apart of as Apprentices from previosu years are involved in the events as well as your own year.
