  • I assist client advisors and client advisor assistants in administrative tasks with clients. This involves quarterly checks, changing static data and helping creating meeting presentations and reports

  • I have learnt how to communicate across not only the apprentice group but also across senior members of the area I work in. I have developed organisational and problem solving skills due the vast changing nature of the industry

  • Is hard work but incredibly rewarding

  • Seeing previous apprentices' journeys in becoming client advisor assistants

  • We have multiple sources of support at UBS including our line managers, skill coaches and older apprentices as well as from each other

  • We receive effective 2 day courses well before the exam and have avenues to learn in different methods

  • Has given me a basic understanding of the industry I work in while at work I learn how to apply that to clients

  • There are monthly networking on the floor where we meet people across the floor

  • Yes

  • Great place to begin a career in the city. Very impressive to get in at such a young age


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to UBS?
  • gain as much experience as possible. Always asks questions and believe in your own ability. Be prepared for hard days but remember to enjoy the rewards
