One a day to day basis I produce statements for clients, complete internal client updates and also do background checks on clients from an Anti Money Laundering perspective. In addition, my role involves me being a support function to the team that I am placed and helping out where possible.
Yes I have. I have learned about the internal systems that UBS use. I have learned the reasoning behind statements being produced in particular formats and exactly why I am completing tasks asked of me. Also, I have learned transferable skills such as time-keeping, team work, organization, challenge and collaboration.
I enjoy it quite a lot. With the working world and life comes struggles and bad days. However, overall I am learning whilst earning a living and I am surrounded with people with years of experience. If I was to attend university I would have dreamed to land a job at a firm like this so it's great.
Yes
Good place to learn and work.
Be yourself, confident and passionate.
