  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role is to keep vehicles on the road. By making sure the are road worthy with doing 6 weekly inspections. Then if any do break down get them back on the road as quick as possible. So the company do lose money. But most of all I speak to customer to keep go relations with them and keep them happy.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes I have been successful in passing my class 2 and class 1 driving licence. Also managed to pass my tacho course which allows me to do tachos. Which allows me to do more. Also I have improved on my electrical skills, mean I am more advanced on fault find.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It was very enjoyable to do as it was laid back and easy But when you had to knuckle down and work you did and got it done. The tutors and the techinain was very helpful if give help and knowledge out to boarded my thinking. So overall very good experiences.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The structure of the program was put together well in mean I got to learn and do the thing I new first then when I got better in doing the was allowed to do them more and more in my own. Giving me the courage and knowledge to learn more.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I revived loads of support from the techinain me I was working with and on same shift. With help gudience and also patience with me when struggling to understand or struggling with thing they would either tell me or come and show me what I was doing wrong or help me to understand.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • They was either at the end off the phone or I could email or they even had an app you could download on to you phone to be able to get in touch if you was struggling or just want to have a conversation on the work you was doing.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • By having more qualification I am able to do more mean I can share and take more work load off other people in the workshop to stop them either getting stress out or panicking on how all the work Laos is going to get done. With out the qualification I would be able to do this

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • No there is no activties to get involved in with work colleges out side or inside off work no one has every set one up to organise but no one is into the same thing so unable to set one up and get activties up to get a better relationship

  • 9a. Would you recommend MOTUS Commercials to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because they help you with what every you want to do with in the company and support you as say like family does so overall good company to work for. Also it very friendly and bubble to be in it will keep you in a good mood all day even if things are going bad


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to MOTUS Commercials?
  • Keep your head switch on be helpful to everyone show willing be eggar but not to much and rush into things. But most off all be helpful and well mannered to everyone. With this in mind as long as you willing to learn then everyone will help you achieve what you want to gain from it.
