Yes absolutely, my confidence in speaking to people, understanding customers, doing the actual job and of course my English and maths functional skills. This is a great programme

So well, I absolutely always know what’s next. The systems are great and so is the coach

My employer works well with the apprenticeship coach to ensure all my training needs are supported

Again this support is fantastic! I have already achieved my L2 maths functional skills and couldn’t be happier

The training provider really understands that this specific qualification relates well to my job and always helps inter grate the two fantastically

No but they are always available and I feel welcome it’s just that I have a busy life outside work. Currently our team is working towards a charity run .
